Delivery - Returns and Refunds

At this moment it is not possible to manually transfer through a personal bank account. We will offer more methods in the near future.
We ship globally. We’ll make sure to send you a shipping notification with a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships. After getting the confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped, you can track it at - www.17track.net/

International orders take a bit longer due to customs and local carrier delivery processing. Average delivery estimates from the time of purchase are:
- European Union: 4-7 business days
- US: 7-9 business days
- Canada: 7-9 business days
- Israel: 9-14 business days
- Australia: 14-19 business days
- New Zealand: 14-19 business days
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on opened and used items. Opened items are considered when the shipping box tape is opened. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not refund our original shipping cost.
Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage.
Steps to follow:
1: Describe your return package or complaint with as much details as possible. Please include your order number or invoice number.
2: You receive a message with information on where to send the product(s).
3: We ask you to return the products undamaged and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging.
4: After processing your return, you receive a credit note for the returned products and we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) if you want no substitute.
Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order.
Products can be returned within 30 days, starting at the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final.
