Shipping

We ship within the Contiguous United States. Your order will be delivered by - UPS Air®. After getting the confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped, you can track it at - www.ups.com

Delivery Time - 1-4 business days
Delivery charge - $5.00

Orders shipped to Illinois are subject to sales tax of 10%.

 

Returns

Returns/Replacements

In the unfortunately situation that you are not satisfied with your order you may return the purchased goods within 14 days after delivery. Please let us know the details of your return, please:

Steps to follow: 

1: Describe your return package or complaint with as much details as possible. Please include your order number or invoice number. 

2: You receive a message with information on where to send the product(s). 

3: We ask you to return the products undamaged and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging. 

4: After processing your return, you receive a credit note for the returned products and we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) if you want no substitute. 

 

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order.

 

Products can be returned within 14 days, starting at the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final.
