When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via standard shipping. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Once you have received your email notification containing your tracking information, you can track it at -

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your tracking code for the system to update.

Once it leaves our hands, we no longer have control over your package. Using the tracking information provided in your shipping notification email, please address any shipping related queries to your respective local postal service, UPS or DHL outlet.

My package arrived damaged

We are happy to help. Please send photos of any product damaged in shipping to, and we will assist you. We must be notified within 48 hours of package delivery. We will require photos of both the product and the shipping box in which it arrived.

Are the products gluten free?

You will be happy to know all our hair care products are gluten-free.  

Do you test on animals?

No, we do not test on animals. All of our products and ingredients are cruelty-free. Our office mascot, a German Spitz named Tutti, hangs out with us all the time and we would never dream of testing anything on her.  

I love samples. Can I have some?

Unfortunately, we do not offer product samples. Besides, our products require at least a few weeks of regular use before results can be seen.

Are your products for sensitive scalp/hair?

Our products are designed for sensitive hair and scalps. They are hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and paraben free. We source organic and wildcrafted ingredients from exotic locations that specialize and deliver the most highly sought ingredients with the highest amount of nutrients from each type of plant, from each particular location.

Unlike other hair preparations, our products contain no harsh chemicals, toxins or fillers. They are natural and cruelty-free. 

How are your products different from others I have tried?

Conventional shampoo ingredients help rid your hair of dirt, but they can also strip your hair and scalp of natural oils. While you don’t want to walk around with greasy hair, retaining some of your skin’s natural oil can prevent dryness and dryness can leave your scalp itchy and your hair feeling coarse.

With our products you need not choose between health and quality. We assure this by using eco-certified and bio-active ingredients tested in leading European and world laboratories. Our cosmetics are natural and effective. To ensure the highest quality control we have rejected primitive, hand made production techniques in favor of using only the latest innovative manufacturing technologies best suited for bio-active ingredients. Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Congratulations on the pregnancy! During this important time, you want to do what is best for your baby and your body.

While we use only mild and natural ingredients in ratios suited for pregnant women (containing no harsh chemicals), if you are concerned about any specific ingredient, please consult your medical provider.  

Will my products expire?

Hair care products (and cosmetics in general) made without any preservatives, even if kept refrigerated, would be suitable for use for only a couple of days at most. So while preservatives play an essential role, at Moerie, we use only the safest grade preservatives: those which have been specifically designated for use in organic, natural cosmetics and food products. Moerie Beauty is committed to keeping pace with evolving global innovations on behalf of our customers.

To ensure optimal results while ensuring the highest quality, our products are best used within 2 years from the date of opening.

Can you guarantee this will help my hair grow?

There is something important about our products you need to know before you buy. It takes time to see results. This is due to a number of factors. First of all, each person is unique and so is their hair. Different hair responds differently. Some people may see results within only a few weeks while others may require up to a couple of months.

A second crucial factor is what degree of damage your hair may have sustained, over what length of time and the nature of that damage (aggressive blow drying, ironing, coloring, etc.).

Revitalizing hair follicles for hair that has been subject to harmful treatment will take longer, and especially if accompanied by ongoing additional treatments that continue to compromise your hair. When first switching to a natural shampoo, you may find your hair feels oilier and heavier than normal. But once your scalp has adjusted to the new shampoo, you should find that your hair texture is more well-balanced with less oil at the roots and with healthier, hydrated ends. Your hair may start to appear fuller.

If after an initial period you find your hair still feels heavy, you may not be rinsing properly. Full and proper rinsing is essential to ensuring a good result. Further considerations that may affect your results include lifestyle factors, such as diet and nutrition, overall health, medications taken and age.

Due to the number and complex nature of factors involved, we therefore cannot guarantee the results that every person will see. If you have questions about what could be slowing down your results, we will be happy to help.

Are your products paraben free?

Yes, all of our products are paraben free. We are committed to providing you with a healthy hair experience - with no chemicals. no fillers and containing no harsh preservatives.

I think I may have an allergy to one of your ingredients

Allergic reactions to our products are rare. Of course, if you have been using a more synthetic line prior to using Moerie, you may experience some mild effects as your hair undergoes a short detox process. But after an initial adjustment period, these effects should disappear..

Feel free to email us if you are concerned about any reaction you may be experiencing. However, if the reaction is severe, immediately cease using our products.

Can I return my product?

We are unable to accept opened or used items for return. Items are considered to have been opened once the integrity of the shipping box has been pierced, perforated or in some significant way, compromised. Unopened items however, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less our original shipping costs.

Steps to follow:

1: Describe the package you are returning and the nature of your complaint in as much detail as possible. Be sure to include your order and/or invoice number

2: You will receive a message with information on where to send the product(s).

3: We ask that you return the undamaged product, where possible, in the original and undamaged packaging.

4: Once your return has been processed, you will receive a credit note for the returned products. The credit note will reflect your purchase amount less our incurred delivery costs. You may elect to either apply the credit note towards the purchase of additional product or you may request a full refund.

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to obtain an additional product, you will need to place a separate order.

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are considered final and not eligible for return or refund.
