Our shipping partner, DHL Express, delivers your order to you within 2-4 business days for free. Delivery takes place between 9am - 9pm from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we do not deliver orders on holidays. The next possible delivery will take place from the next business day.

When you receive your package, you will always be asked for a signature. This ensures a successful delivery.

If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a form indicating where and when you can pick up your order.

RETURNS

If you would like to return items, you can do so within 14 days. The deadline starts on the day you placed the order. Please inform us of your return by email via info@moerie.com and note that the package must arrive with us within these 14 days.

Returns are only possible if the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept opened and used products. Once we have checked the products, we will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return.

Please include a copy of the order confirmation with your return. This will allow us to process it faster and more efficiently.
